WHO IS DIRECT MEDIA INC.

Direct Media Inc. is a privately held Massachusetts Corporation that currently operates Out of home advertising contracts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Direct Media’s principals have over 50 years of proven management experience in major market public transit, bus, rail and other large format out of home media projects.

Established in 1992 Direct Media was originally formed to manage a Boston tourist trolley-advertising program. Since its inception Direct Media has expanded into a full service out of home advertising company. We have created incredible cityscape displays for National clients like Apple Computer, Adidas and American Express in Boston. Direct Media created a full wrap bus program for Kodak during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and created one of the original Double Decker bus programs in New York City. We also manage a multi-year contract with the Massachusetts Port Authority for large format displays to be developed at Logan Airport and on other Port Authority properties.

In 2000 Direct Media added senior management from Park Transit Displays, the former contractor for the 1000 bus fleet of the MBTA in Boston, to expand its Transit Advertising franchises. Since 2000 Direct Media has increased sales from $350,000 with one employee to a company that manages 12 transit-advertising contracts and 2000 vehicles from New England to the Mid Atlantic with a projected $7,000,000 in advertising sales for 2008.
